  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Once processed, orders are shipped and tracking information is provided via email.

  • We offer a standard shipping option. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-12 business days.


We currently ship to the USA, UK, and Israel only.
Please note that delivery times may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public health issues.

3. Shipping Charges

 

  • We charge a flat shipping rate of $8.99 USD for all orders, regardless of the destination.

  • We offer free shipping for any order over $50 USD.


4. Customs Fees, Import Duties, and Taxes
 

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to shipments. These charges vary by country and are determined by local laws.
    We currently ship to the USA, UK, and Israel, and any applicable import fees will be the responsibility of the customer in these regions.


5. Delays
 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
     

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting our customer support team at Support@luxuria-collections.com after a reasonable period has passed for assistance.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
 

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.
     

To initiate a return, contact us at Support@luxuria-collections.com with your order number and reason for return.
 
2. Refunds
 

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Customers will be notified via email once their refund has been processed.
     

3. Exchanges
 

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
     

4. Non-Returnable Items
 

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including Final sale items, Underwear, Swimwear, Custom or personalized items, Gift cards, Earrings and other body jewelry, Hair accessories.
