Pricing and Payment
All prices on the Site are displayed in the customer’s local currency by default, based on their IP address. However, at checkout, the final payment will be processed in USD.

Orders and Shipping
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping: We ship exclusively to the USA, UK, and Israel. Shipping times typically range from 5-12 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other external factors.
Customs and Duties: For shipments to the USA, UK, and Israel, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary based on the local laws of the destination country.
Lost or Refused Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or refused upon delivery. If a package is returned due to refusal, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Returns and Refunds
Returns: We accept returns from customers in the USA, UK, and Israel within 7 business days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Support@luxuria-collections.com.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us at Support@luxuria-collections.com with your order number and cancellation request. After 24 hours, your order may already be in the processing stage and may not be eligible for cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our Returns and Refunds section for further assistance.
Pre-Order Cancellations: Pre-orders can be canceled anytime before the product is officially released and shipped. To request a pre-order cancellation, please contact us at Support@luxuria-collections.com.
Refunds for Cancellations: If your order is successfully canceled within the allowed time frame, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days.
Non-Cancelable Items: Certain items are not eligible for cancellation, including custom or personalized items, final sale or clearance items, and items already shipped. If you have any questions about our cancellation policy, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
